Good morning!

First we need to thank a very helpful customer, Jeff Dorman, for assisting Steve in formatting & streamlining our email program to make it easier for you to read our weekly emails. Thanks Jeff! Our next undertaking will be working on the Good Eats website, finally.

This week at Good Eats we will be offering as specials:

A soup, which Steve has taken great pains to authentically recreate from our previous visits to Thailand a Thai Chicken Soup with Fresh Kaffir Lime. After several attempts to find just the right spot for our kaffir lime plant to winter over in the house, we discovered it likes the humidity and light in our bathroom the best.

Other specials include those glorious Soft Shell Crabs with Lime Butter Sauce, Grilled Tuna with Mediterranean Tapenade & Lemon Vinaigrette and a Seared Filet Mignon with a Horseradish Blue Cheese Sauce.

Special dessert this week will be Coconut Panna Cotta with Fresh Strawberries.
