Short and sweet today, sweet because we’ve been out picking blueberries and even as I write this, Sally is busy baking pies. Come and get ‘em.

Soup this week is a

Fresh Tomato Italian Bread Soup with Mozzarella and Basil.
Patterned after the Italian salad called Panzanella, this is the taste of summer.

For specials we will be serving:

Grilled Tuna with a Preserved Lemon Aioli
&
Soft Shell Crabs with Lime Butter Sauce
&
Grilled Paillard of Pork Loin topped with a Summer Fruit Salsa.

Santa Julia (100% Pinot Noir) Mendoza, Argentina


Thursday is Prime Rib Night and Sunday is Henny Penny Night.
