Here we are at 5 weeks remaining for the 2009 season.

Thanks for all your nice remarks about the new beef we are getting in. You can try it for yourself with tonight’s Prime Rib Special. We had to have a rather somber discussion with our dogs (and Buster), informing them that their weekly prime rib beef scraps are coming to an end soon with our season closing.

Specials for this week are:

Sausage, Potato and Kale Soup

Flounder with Sauteed Spinach, Chesapeake Oysters & Country Ham with Lime Butter Sauce

Roast Salmon Filet with Mustard Glaze, Fried Capers & Fresh Dill

Wine Specials for this week are a delicious Entrada Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec from Mendoza Argentina. Fridays continue with our special of ½ off any bottle of wine.

Sundays are Fried Oyster Night, and they are SO good, nice and plump!

It’s been great getting some warmer weather back this week after last weeks early blast of cold.
