The heat seems to be backing off a bit, which is nice, but we’re ready for it anyway.

Roast Salmon Filet with Wasabi Vinaigrette & Pickled Ginger
On a Bed of Mesclun Greens


Broiled Flounder topped with Buttered Backfin Crabmeat


Soft Shell Crabs with Lime Butter Sauce

Tonight is Prime Rib Night, Friday features half-price bottles of wine, Sunday brings Henny Penny, and Monday night is Casual Cafe, with sandwiches and other light fare.
