Hi,
Ok, exhaust system all repaired, we’re good to go again. Sorry to those of you who were inconvenienced last Sunday due to our unexpected closing.
We were able to score local butternut squash so the soup this week is
Cream of Curried Butternut Squash with Feta and Dill.

Well it looks like we lucked out and dodged that Hurricane Earl; weather reports for the Northern Neck show nothing but sunny days all through the week-end. Which is great because we have a full line-up of food and wine to celebrate the end of summer. sigh.
