More than Food Services
The Food Services of P721K Brooklyn Occupational Training Center is a work-based training program based on the Career Development and Occupational Studies Standards (CDOS). They say the following:
"3a: Students will demonstrate mastery of the foundation skills and competencies essential for success in the workplace. And,
3b: Students who choose the career-specific technical knowledge/ skills necessary to progress toward gainful employment, career advancement, and success in post-secondary programs."
